Ummm... this was discussed in a thread last week.

It's the Mac version screenshots.  Look at the title of the page that shows up in the top border of your browser window.

I'll copy and paste for ya:

"TitanComputer RageHard-Mac Version"

Hmm.. the HTML tags won't show even with the qoutes... oh well.

Well, that's the same sort of things that were being said on Ann.  But to be honest, if you look at other games on Titans site they are not always the "proper" shots either.  Look under "Linux"  from the main window and then click on "Shogo Mad" and then click "Shots" It will clearly give you Mac screen shots...

But the point is that it should look close to the same on any other platform as well when using the ATI Radeon or similiar card.

And sorry about posting again, but I must have missed the thread where it was discussed here.  But the shots are kinda nice looking, hope it makes its way to OS4 as well.  In fact, maybe if we had more shots like this for A1/OS4 people could finally get excited about what it coming and make a decision on commiting to our new platform.

Well, it may sound harsh, but being spoild with the superior graphics and gameplay  of GTA3 and Soldier of Fortune 2 on the PC, the graphics of "Rage Hard" look like an old Amiga FPS. Although some of todays graphically impressive games lack the good gameplay of even a cool MSX game like Hard Boiled..aaahh, the good old days  :-D

I too play on a PC with GF3 and am use to graphic quality that you see in UT, JKII:Jedi Outcast, RtCW and the likes.

I agree that they are a little old style in some areas, but that could easily be cleaned up before final production.  Look at any other game as it goes through development cycles.  The graphics always undergo a major improvment during the final phase to polish everything up.  But you have to look at things like the effects used for the flame thrower, and the city scape buildings in the background...it is looking rather nice.
