Michael Heider:
On my homepage is now a Ram disk for testing purposes for the image installer available for download. With the image installer it is possible to install Linux PPC of different distributions on Amigas with PowerPC CPU by installing an image of a preinstalled Linux PPC distribution on an Amiga. This way is the image also already preconfigured in important areas for the Amiga.
Soon there will a CD containing the image installer and an image of Mandrake 8.2 PPC be released.          Click Here

Hi
I hope they can create "English Language version" of website and create Install Disk / port of RedHat Linux.
RH is the most popular Linux distribution in US. Also the press is more familiar with RH than SuSe.

RH plan to support G4 Altivec. Is there any Altivec support in Suse or other distributions?

Turbo Linux is popular in Japan/Taiwan/China/HK because of its foreign language, character support and "easy installation".

Maybe more recognized, but I ran Mandrake 8.1 on this PC for awhile and it was a really nice Linux distro.  Easy to setup and easy to configure components afterwards.  Looked good and performed nice.  It surprised me with many things like an Internet Connection Sharing Wizard and such.

I really didn't expect it to be that easy!
