Hmmm... The 3sat webpage says (translated with babelfish):
Quote
The Amiga one is again presented, and at the end of of May gets the Amiga operating system a new face: Amiga OS 4.0th new presents the computer for Nostalgiker in the new garb live in the studio.

There's no mention of Pegasos or MorphOS. On the contrary, it mentions AmigaOS4.0 and AmigaOne. If this isn't "parasitic marketing" then I don't know what is... :-/

Unfortunately, as much as I would like this to be a fact,
it seems the people announcing the event (the tv-channel
people) got this wrong. It's MOS+Pegasus not AOS+AOne.
Ben Hermans himself said that they weren't ready
to do any official AOS4 presentations at that date,
and thus no AOne should be there either, since the
two are so intimately linked...

O.k. it's guessing time  :-D  :-D  :-D  and here is mine:

Actors:
bPlan : bPlan
3Sat: 1st journalist working for "Neues"
4Sat: 2nd journalist working for "Neues"

Preface:
3Sat made a report about the Cologne-show last year and
mainly focused on Amithlon as it was the only option on sale
but they invited bPlan and Ben H. to come to the show when
they have a finished product.

Act1 telephone call by bPlan to 3Sat:

bPlan: "Hi there will finish our product by the end of May."
3Sat: "Thats nice, ehh whats its gone be ?"
bPlan: "A (m)ATX mobo with a G3/600 as initally cpu and MorphOS."
3Sat: "MorphOS ? Whats that ?"
bPlan: "MorphOS is a fully native PPC-OS with intregrated
backward-compability for Amiga-SW......"
3Sat: "O.k. is the 27th o.k. for you ?"
bPlan" Sure !"

Act2: At a "Neues"-meeting:
4Sat: "3Sat what do we have for our next show ?"
3Sat: "We gone have a PPC-mobo with a new Amiga-like OS"
4Sat: "Thats nice."

Act3: 4Sat does some research:

4Sat: "Hmm PPC-Amiga.... new OS... didn't I read somthing
about that on the Heise-Ticker (Slashdot) ?
Oh here it is "AOne + COS4 will debut in May" so now I just
have to add this info to our TV-listng"

1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

1) The AmigaONE&OS4 stuff was misinformation
2) What's your problem? If you don't like MorphOS
don't use it and don't read MOS news.
Anythhing wrong with that? :-x
