Bill Gates and the attorney for the nine states still pursuing a stronger remedy in the antitrust trial against Microsoft face off in court for a second day. Read about it at c|net.

Is this site sponsored by Microsoft to show all relating News stories? Soon we'll have:

"Bill Gates - what he had for breakfast"
"Bill Gates - Uses only quality soft loo roll"

Common, these stories have next to nothing to do with our tightnit community. If I want to know what Microsoft is doing I'll go to another site, stick to the AMIGA stuff.

IMHO it should be OK to show it as news, providing it's bad news for M$.
After all, no-one wants to see a dirty, lying, cheating, monolopy-running scumbag win do they?

Anyone see the funny side of the 'Windows will have to be taken of the market if the changes proposed by the DOJ proceed, as microsoft will incure too heavy expences supporting a product that we would no longer be able to make money selling on the market' Comment?

Translation: IF were forced to break the monoply that we are currently screwing the computer industry with, our premier dodgy product will be shown to be what it really is... crap.... and no one on the market will buy it, hence we loose money and will go out of business.

I am called the HyTDRA Hacker, or Hyper Technologies Development and Research Amigan Hacker !!
R. A. Berman CCSC ( edu, com, gov, mil(cc))

John, since you are in England, you must know that the new AT ( old Gateway bosses ( get it "Gate" way )and TAO Group , working with VA LinuX ( US Gates Inc. ), who created our new Amiga OS,  was paid for by Bily-Boy Gates and Pauley Allen, owners of Microsoft ( and leader to the minedless "Drug-out" masses, the Microsoft-heads and their corporate Win-Nosers) own Amiga SDK through Gateway (McEwee ) and I know what I am stating, as I talked personally to the orginal CEO at AT, Joe Torres, who stated that Gateway was not going to build a new Amiga computer for 18 months or so, but was developing sofware to work off platform of the old Classic Amiga ( I worked with Viscorp orinally on the Amiga !!!! ) and if you did not notice the new X-Box has an InVida vector graphic "Blitter" design chip in it, Amiga graphics, period.

You can see what the Amiga was able to do back in 1992 and now !!! ( produce the "first of a kind" directly viewable HOLO~grams on RGB output NTSC/S-Video 170-A, not lam VGA Wintel displays!!!! ), based on the 32 bit  PP&S Rambrandt ( we worked through  them as a sub-contractor to Amiga ) , go to my URL  http://holoteslab.net/index4.html

To both anonymous posters:

I've said it before (ad nauseum) and I'll say it again.  I will post ANY story, on ANY subject that I believe I, or the users find interesting.  If you don't like it, don't read it.  It's that simple.

The Microsoft trial concerns the Amiga community because it affects the computing community at large.  What happens here can shape the future of computing and Amiga Inc's ability to market a product.

Second anonymous poster:

Put the crack pipe down and step away slowly.  Not one of your "facts" is true, starting with "the orginal CEO at AT, Joe Torres".  Joe Torre (no "s", and one hell of a guy) was NEVER the CEO of Amiga.

I don't know where you got all these ideas, but they are at least humorous to read.
