Mediator problems!!!! :-(

i have a1200 mediator. and voodoo3
and Bppc..
once i play nightlong suddenly.. all graphics jammed!

i boot my machine again, and ... nothing.. cant find
voodoo...  i buy new voodoo.... and nothing cant find...
i buy voodoo 4 4500... nothing cand find!!!  my network card is working.. and pci info finds,
sb128 and my 10mbs ethernet  but  no voodoo?
maybe my mediator is paralyzed??

Just for curiosity . . . the Voodoo card, was installed in the slot n.1?

Should be so.AFAIK

framiga:that doesnt matter anyway (works in both 1 and 4..if u have spider usb...u must have gfx card in slot 1)

anyway what is wrong? , my guess is that your monitor driver went bananaz, happened here a few times , replace yer Voodoo3 install. with a new one.

and set the correct varaibles.

a guy emailed me this , i post it because he asked me to!, but i have had a voodoo4 aswell and i havent had problems like this! but i think it might help you anyway

i just saw on amiga.org that a guy has problems with the voodoo4 on mediator.
its all to do with the amiga having a quick reset,if he turns on a1200 for 50 seconds then turns of 30 seconds,the voodoo4
will kick in,theres a chip on the voodoo4 thats the problem,ok with pc coz of slow reset.
i have same problem,but elbox told me the new mediator sx has solved this.
could you pass on info to the geezer sloxa..
