Ok Ok ! I'll start off.

Absolutely love the new site. After a couple of months the old site is going to feel retro and under featured.

I'm starting to love the new site too
my favorite change so far is to remove the poster information (inside threads) from top of the post to the side, which saves a lot of space and looks like the old site It'll be a perfect migration for me once the smileys are back too

Well, I miss the random picture. The Gallery. The links. I'm still trying to figure out how to navigate around, sometimes I just can't seem locate a thread I'm looking for but as with anything I'm sure I'll get used to it. I am pleased to at least have an Amiga place to go to.
