VT100/102/220 emulation on Amiga
« on: February 22, 2009, 07:19:47 AM »
Hello,
I'm a bit stuck here, but I'm trying to get my A2000 to act as a terminal for an OpenBSD machine. Now, I have the DB9 to DB25 null modem cable (made from the diagram for ADF Sender Terminal) connected between the serial ports of both machines, I know it works, as I've sent disk images with it. I've tried VAXterm and Handshake for terminal emulators, and OpenBSD keeps claiming "Terminal Not Present at tty0".

Vaxterm pops up an occasional letter at random sometimes...

I have them both set for 9600 baud, RTS/CTS handshaking, and all the other things match up (not memorized).

I'm just wondering what it is that I might be missing here.
