Depending on the your system, there is also mame for the arcade version of the game .
beyond that check out Dark Unicorn's Desert Apache.  Do a search and it will come up.  It was the later two fmv releases form the team the first being Tomcat.  Desert Apache offers full screen, and more color,pretty cool, not like choplifter though, if that's exactly what you're looking for.

Desert Strike is a lot of fun and the Amiga version has the best graphics.

Thanks for putting us onto that Desert Apache game, Zyphoid. I hadn't ever seen it before, and I'm interested in the idea of FMV games on Amiga. I wouldn't mind making a FMV Zombie shooter some day, so it's good to see what other people have done before.

I think that apache by team 17 is very choplifter like... also like a more modern fort apocalypse.
