File Transfer between Mac and Amiga?
« on: February 01, 2009, 11:11:41 AM »
Hi,
I was wondering how i could transfer files between my Amiga 3000 and MacBook. I have  a catweasel and a external HD inclosure. Can i read MS-DOS formatted HD on my Amiga or a Amiga formatted HD on my MacBook?

The MacBook won't read any Amiga formatted disks, but if you have HD MS-Dos floppies, both should be able to read and write them. My old PowerMac did, and I transferred files that way, but I can't remember if there was any other software involved on the Mac side.

I use CD-RWs'  or Zip drives to transfer files. Zip drives are still very useful on the Amiga.
