Matt Smith, Good Choice for the Doctor?

Any thoughts?  I started to warm to Matt Smith as the Doctor when I saw him in Confidential.

No opinion as yet - first I ever heard of him was the announcement. As long as he can pull off the sophistication of Moffat's writing style, I'm happy.

He looks the part from the photos I've seen of him in character. We'll see how he actually plays it. He'll have a tough job filling David Tennant's shoes!

When zoomed out on my iPhone, it looks like the subject is "Mel Smith, Good choice..."

I was thinking, Hell yeah!!! I'd defo watch it then!!! As for Matt Smith... Anyone else think he looks a little, actually a lot, like Frankenstein's Monster?

i didn't think tennant would be good but i was soooooo wrong on that. i am not gonna make that judgement till i see him in action this time.
