Eyetech EZ-PC Tower info/instructions
« on: November 29, 2008, 06:03:18 PM »
Has anyone got an EZ-PC tower?

I'm going to put mine back together, I have put the PC side in no problem but there doesn't seem to be any frame work for the A1200 mobo to fix too. I think some of it may be missing but if anyone could shed some light on this tower kit it would be most appreciated.

We are currently looking through the mountains of Eyetech documents we inherited to find the instructions you want.

From what I can remember the PC went on a tray that slotted in one side, the A1200 mb + bottom half of the case wedge into a slot cut in the other side of the case. The only thing that attached the A1200 to anything was a tag that came out half way along the cut-out. The tag had a hole in it so that you could screw through it into the back lip of the A1200's case above the ports. IIRC you also had to make a groove near the top of the A1200's case to get into the cut-out.

Thanks amigakit I hope you find something, the only other problem is the software that came with the kit, there is virtually no info on this kit at all on the web :-(
