cdrom mountlists

I have a cdrom problem. My mnachine is 1200,appollo 1240 card and scsi. I can create mount lists but after one...three boot ups I cant see my cdrom icons.I have an external read cd and rw-cd. I run os 3.1.

Hi,

You're saying that your Amiga recognizes your CD drive, but then after 1-3 warm resets it no longer sees it?  Does it have the same problem if you do a cold boot?  You have your startup sequence set correctly to mount all devices in Devs/Dosdrivers, including CD0?  Is it only that the icons are disappearing, ie. if you go to a shell window and type cd cd0: can you still access the drive?

Please post again with more details of your problem.
