FS on ebay Envoy 3 CD + Micro R&D vols1-5
« on: November 18, 2008, 12:48:02 AM »
selling a couple CDs on ebay...

Envoy 3 - the peer to peer Amiga networking software designed for the Amiga...you may be able to still find this at some Amiga retailers for around $70 but I'm not asking that.

Vols. 1-5 of the Micro R&D distributions of graphics, fonts, LW objects and files.

..I'm probably posting a few more things so keep an eye out here:

thanks for bidding...
Sincerely,

I'm actually looking for Envoy3. But $39.00 for shipping a CD to Norway? That's completely out of the question.

I'd have to agree.  When you setup a listing and use the calculation method for each bidder where ever they're located, sometimes I wonder what the formula ebay uses looks like.

I do add a little bit of a service charge to ship internationally because you have to fill out the form and I try to be more careful with packing since it's going further but it's no where near that much.
Sincerely,

I once placed a bid without checking shipping cost first. Imagine my shock when I realized I was going to pay $90 shipping for a Zorro card! Fortunately I was outbid. Lesson learned.

Edit: I looked at my old emails, and it was actually $185.00 shipping!

Understandable, and I have no problem with that. I have a suggestion, though. Check your PM.

I shaved some off the handling fee and changed the weight from 1-2lbs. to under 1 lbs with actual weight being 15.oz.

between the box mailer and the CD it seemed about right...I've been bitten by underestimating before.

the PM is Priority Mail International which is the best option when setting calculated shipping from the U.S.

they don't include other real options that work for international.

...best I can do.

site may take a bit to update...dunno.
