catweasel install problem

The script is looking for a program called "requestchoice".  Is this from an older OS?  Where can I get it?

It comes with the OS (edit:just checked my 3.1 wb installation disk). It should be in C:
Haven't checked my 3.9 install, but I think it should be there too.

Yeah, I figured that out when I noticed the missing command came with 3.1.  No big deal.  I was wanting to upgrade anyway so I'll just rearrange the order of my projects.
