First of all you need a clean boot disk. You cannot kill the virus if it is currently running. Every write access to any floppy will infect this floppy.
So write protect all floppies, then for each boot floppy switch off the computer, boot from the disk and check if the virus is present. If not, you're lucky and can kill the virus from the infected disks.
I assume this is a bootblock virus, so you can kill it by just installing a new bootblock on the infected disks. Open a shell window and enter install df1: with the infected disk in df1. If you have only one disk drive, enter install df0: + and press enter, then remove the boot disk, insert the infected disk and press enter again.
Note that disks with special bootblocks (e.g. games) cannot be cured. You can kill the virus from the bootblock but you cannot restore the original bootblock. The games probably won't start but give you a "not a dos disk" message.
If you don't find an uninfected boot disk that's bad luck. You then have to get one from another person. While the virus is in memory you cannot get rid of it.
