It runs AmigaOS 4.1 and as such runs all those apps which require OS4.1. It cannot run any classic games/apps that require classic Amiga hardware. Hope that answers your question.

That is not true, over the AmigaOS 68k emulation engine you can use 68k Apps and games which not use the custom chips of the old Amigas.
All other App and games with chipset interconnection you can start it over the UAE EMU.
AmigaOne XE G3 750FX 800Mhz/2GB + Radeon 9000PRO 128MB +AmigaOS4.1
A4000T CyberstormPPC 604e-200Mhz/060/128MB+CybervisionPPC 8MB+OS4
and anymore other Amigas...

I think you'll find that is why I said "requires classic amiga hardware"  ;-)

Games written for A500 that required A500 hardware do not run on A1200.

Is the sam440 an amiga?

Seeing the recent rumble about this, I'll sum it up with: Yes, it is an Amiga, but it's not a classic Amiga.

My definition of Amiga: Being able to natively run AmigaOS, any version.

My definition of classic Amiga: able to natively run programs written for OCS/ECS/AGA chipsets.
Code 6502 asm or... DIE!!
