Movement controls in Quake (GL)
« on: October 11, 2008, 08:17:50 AM »
Its probably just me being rubbish at setting parameters within Quake, but is there a way in GLQuake to have the mlook thing working properly. I want to use the mouse to look around, up and down, and use the good old W,A.S.D key combination for moving. But when I use +mlook the mouse makes me strafe sideways when I move it left or right.

Can anybody advise? Thanks.

i can't remember off the top of my head, but sounds like you want to switch off "lookstrafe"? i'm sure that was an option in there somewhere...

A500, A600, A1200x3, A2000, A3000, A4000 & a CD32.
and probably just like the rest of you, crates full of related "treasure" for the above XD
