Anyone interested in selling/swapping a CD32?
« on: September 29, 2008, 04:12:41 PM »
Since I am unable to ship my A1200 to Japan still I am looking to get back into some proper Amiga gaming, I have some old retro Japanese consoles, like Neo Geo CD or Super Famicom or PC Engine if anyone wants to swap for a CD32 or sell one?  The wife won`t allow me to spend money on any Amigas at the moment ;( Also anyone got any Amiga mags to sell?  Cheers!

Being in Japan, surely getting a New NTSC console from the Chinese would be easiest?

Mmmm would love to pick one up but at the moment my wife is controlling the finances so it would be bit hard to convince her to allow me to buy one lol so I have to see if I can get one without using money.

It is NTSC SVideo, perfect for Jap TV's too.

My god how c0ck tied are you?? Just tell her you're buying one and go out and get it.

I take it she's the one who earns the money and you're the house husband?

If she complains after you've bought it, slyly joke to her that now you've got one you'll no longer have enough spare time to contemplate having an affair. She won't know what to say and the conversation will be over :-)

I cannot believe how many Amiga user's finances are controlled by their wives / girlfriends!

Yup, my Missus would say "buy it if its your hobby". I think she believes I might kick the bucket soon, so she's looking after me in my declining years
