Linksys Ethernet Bridge
« on: August 26, 2003, 06:23:43 AM »
Has anyone set up an ethernet bridge and used it on the Amiga to access the Internet wirelessly?

I was able to configure the bridge (I think) but I can not figure out how to configure Miami (or Miami Deluxe) to get on the web with it.

I have an cnet-compatable ethernet card in my A1200's PCMCIA slot connected to the ethernet bridge with which I am trying to communicate with my Linksys router.  I use Miami Deluxe or Miami as my TCP/IP stack.

Any hints will be greatly appreciated.

Hello there.  Have you tried runing Miami Init From the
Miami Drawer? Hope this helps you out.

I surely tried.  Miami Init wasn't able to pick up IP address or anything else.  Even when I entered values by hand, it still didn't work.

(sigh)
