keyboard schematics
« on: September 03, 2008, 12:36:20 AM »
Anyone have a schematic of an a600 keyboard.  I am just talking about the membrane part; not any of the mechanicals.  I am thinking of connecting an external keypad to my amiga.  Would the computer be able to work with a keypad?

I think you want an external keyboard, right? Not the original A600 detached from the the mobo.

Easy! Use an A500 keyboard (and route the proper wires to it) or built yourself a "pc" keyboard adapter. Both schematics are available at Aminet.
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

I think he's going for the numbers thing that's missing from A600's.

Either way.  I was thinking of just a keypad at first.  Now I'm leaning towards putting the motherboard in a small case similar to an 1000 and have a detachable keyboard.  My own A3000 Lite.   Very lite
