Amiga OS 3.9 installation from PCMCIA CDROM
« on: August 21, 2008, 03:44:07 PM »
Hi all,

I'm trying to install AOS 3.9 on my a1200 from an Archos PCMCIA cdrom player.

I have created an aos bootdisk, but the bootdisk does not recognize the cdrom player. I want to it this way so I can format the HD before installing.

how do I make the bootdisk recognize the cdrom player?
Amiga 1200, Blizzard 1230IV 64Mb RAM, SCSI DVD player, 72Gb Wide Ultra HDD, 4GB CF ide HDD Amiga OS3.9.

Make sure that all driver files which are needed to access the CD-ROM drive are copied to the disk. Copy missing files manually.

Bye,
