IDEfix97 and HDToolBox...
« on: August 20, 2008, 07:55:08 PM »
Hi to all,

I have installed an IDEFix97 card and installed the SW...
  Channel0: boot HD + CD
  Channel1: LS-120
Everything is ok until I try to change the partitions! I start HDToolBox and it does not recognize the HD! :(
TRAGEDY!!! The HD is obviously an already partitioned one...
Can somebody help?

Thanx

Select the HDToolbox icon and choose Icon -> Information from the menu. Check the tooltypes if there is one line reading SCSI_DEVICE_NAME=something. Change it to read SCSI_DEVICE_NAME=scsi.device. Save changes and retry.

Or just run HDToolbox from a Shell window without parameters.

Bye,
