A1260 power supply solution
« on: August 22, 2003, 09:19:35 PM »
As simple as it seems , the larger power unit will do the job ... if you add up the 2 different power needs of your 1200's , it will become apparent why  the larger PSU is needed and it will be alot easier on the system .... I  plugged in the larger PSU (100) watts on a friends  modified 1200 and ....just like magic ...it worked ...

Hi ritty,

I've gotten away with an old A500 PSU for quite a
while now, but I do have a feeling it wont last
forever. ;) In the interim I keep a fan pointed
at it when I have my 1200 on for more than an
hour or so.
