If you want to stay with FFS, this is the sole one that works over 4 GB, also from Strohmayer:

that one is for Morphos. I have here the v 2.43 for 68K (same author) but i can't remember how i have got it :-)

In the full SFS package several tools are included including the defrag tool. Maybe you found SFScheck in there as well?

that SFSCheck version is from Morgoth (a MOS guy).

The one bundled in the SFS archive, doesn't have the FRAGLIST option (v. 1.3)

i would try 'quarterback' as it had a great defragmenter as prt of its tools package back in the day...used it many a times to save a bad disk :-)
