Yam splash screen fails on "Loading Graphics"

Yam was working the other day, what happened??

Is there something I should check??

How long did you wait?
Have you installed anything new of late?
MUI libraries for instance.

Snoopdos starts to show the theme images loaded from the theme directory then the screen goes black with no guru showing.

I deleted the theme directory and copied the the theme directory back from a backup. Still no good.

I will now re-install AISS to see if that works.

Deleted the theme directory all together and yam loads ok with the exception that no themes are loaded.

Copied the themes directory from the yam2.5 archive and tried to load yam and the machine crashes. this time with a GuRu

Also tried to go back 1 version 26.2 -> 26.1 MCC-TheBar.lha

Any more ideas??

Believe it or not, I had a buggy XAD module (!) bring down YAM while loading.

Just did a clean install of os3.9 with BB2 still the same problem.

The last thing Snoopdos reports in the window is connected to a math library.

This problem is driving me insane!!!!! :madashell:

Any more ideas??
