Setup Disk for CSA 12 Gauge Accelerator needed

A couple of months ago, a very nice person in this forum (sorry I forget your name) had this and emailed it to me, however silly me downloaded using a PC, who's harddrive promptly crapped itself.  

If anyone has the original disks that come with the CSA 12 gauge accelerator, could you please zip or adf them and email to: draxx@adsl.on.net.

The information on that page is very dated. I'd be surprised to find the CSA isn't gone and the page is just existing until the time on the prepaid space runs out and it to vanishes.

Not the install disks but you might find this page useful.

Thanks for your help guys.  As you can imagine, I've been Googling like mad trying to find as much as  I can, but to no avail.

Still, someone has to have it, and frequent this forum, so hopefully I'll get lucky

Ok, I've found this out. The install disk while having a few utilities on it is not needed. All the software is in the onboard ROM. Use Sysmon or similar program to find of the name of the scsi device (if it is scsi capable) but otherwise there are no special libraries or patches needed.

Hehe, remembered I have a CSA1250 in an A1200 that was in my closet. I never had any install disk either when I got it, didn't need it. Fast card but hot and cannot support above OS3.0. Install 3.1 roms and the system will not boot., same for softbooting an image.

aaaah, that's fantastic.  Do I just need to configure it in my mountlist??  If so, what do I need to put in there.   I found out its CSASCSI.DEVICE.

Correct. Just need to use the csascsi.device in the mountlists. Your all set.

    I'm looking for this disk too. Someone has to have it. The onboard ROM has to be disabled for the card to work under Kickstart 3.1, which disables the SCSI.

    However, the driver disk is supposed to have a BindDrivers version of the csascsi.device driver. Does anyone have this disk, or at least just the driver? The csascsi.device from the Magnum 40/4 will not work as it has a different chipset.

According to the Amiga Hardware Database the Derringer 1250 is the 50 mhz version of the 12 Gauge. You might want to try the Derringer install disk from Installers Heaven.

That's not it. That disk is for a different accelerator and has no drivers or utilities for the onboard SCSI.
