distributing porn at work

if i had take the CD he may have reported me.

not having his finger prints on it is very hard to proved, but i can see what he was trying to do.

Without knowing any beforehand story (coworker has tried something simmilar on someone else, coworker is making your live hard all the time, tries to get you out of the company since months) I would have suggested you go and see a doctor as well......

i dont think the police will go that far for such a low thing. finger prints ( maybe ) dna i dont think so.

I wonder if they would have checked fingerprints anyway. In any case, even if the guy wasn't trying to get you fired, reporting the incident shouldn't get you suspended. Maybe they company wanted you out anyway, like how that one kid on here got fired from a UK macdonalds.

If they were to think it serious enough to take finger prints then the same would surely go for DNA.

i do belive finger print can be done locally. dna has to go to a lab & cost lots of money & time.

If what he has done is considered a criminal offence then money shouldn't come into it.

Has the content of the CD been checked, it may contain indecent images for all we know.

he has the disc. but when it happened i report it about 3 to 4 hours later.

i was thinking why he would do such a think it just played on my mind.
