The only free one that springs to mind is AWeb. Very outdated though.

Alynx and AWeb are freeware. IBrowse is a usable graphical browser but the free version is a time-limited demo and it's currently in dev hell. Voyager's always been an unstable p.o.s. for me and it's not being updated anyway.
