I'm new to the Amiga OS 3.9 system,
What is Warp OS 5? Can someone explain that to me.

It's an addon. Read the manual that came with 4.2/4.3 on aminet or on the net  :rtfm:

It allows you to run PPC programs on your Amiga, if you have a PPC card. The Alternartive was PowerUP... I personally never used WarpOS, but it did feature PowerUp emulation.
