Hi All
I recently upgraded my A4000 with a Cyberstorm 60 card from eBay. Works beautifully - loadsa memory - very fast, so I thought "Why not get a SCSI CDR drive?"
So I did (a GENERIC CRD-R8000s same as a Smart and Friendly CD Rocket 8020 I believe) - from the nice people at Analogic. They said "Use Make CD" so I did.
Trouble is - whenever I try to start the MakeCD program I get a ramlib 80000004 deadend guru. I think it's related to the Triton GUI used in MakeCD because when I try to open the Triton prefs I get the same result.
I'm using WB 3.9 and DOpus 5.5 (as a WB replacement). I have tried booting up with a vanilla WB 3.0 - still same result. Tried disabling DOpus, MCP, Magic Menu and any other extras I had running and still precisely the same result. As well as the Cyberstorm 60 card I have a CyberGraphics 64/3D card and a dkb scsi Spitfire card. When I boot in 3.0 it bypasses the Cybergraphics card and uses my MicroVitech 17" monitor instead.
Help! I've tried everything (I think). I've tried using FryingPan and Burnit as well, but neither of them support my drive.
Regards
