« on: May 13, 2008, 11:32:39 PM »
I need a regular A2000 drive. The A4000 unit in there now looks like the devil.
A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse
A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)
C-128 w/1571, 1750, & Final Cartridge III+

I've got a drive with creame bezel, so it won't colour-match an A2000 perfectly, but it's an option for you :)

If you are keen let me know.

Trade for something I want, or pay with $...we can sort that out later.

PZ.

AmigaKit sells'em. Although they're not cream colored, they work great.

I saw them, but these drives (like the one I have) are to thin to fit correctly in the A2000 case. I would like to find a real A2000 drive, if at all possible.

If you still have some old original A2000 drives, i may relive them as long as they still do "click ... click...".
Keep the Faith !

If that's a High Density A4000 drive in working order, I'll trade you a real A2000 drive for it.  :-D

Why'd you want to give up High Density.?

-Nyle
I think, Therefore - Amiga....

Well, if you would be willing to take the Amiga off my hands, you would get two drives out of it, and the stock working A2000. Does 50$ shipped sound OK? PM me if you want it.

If it were high density I would put up with the bad fit. It's just a bog standard 880Kb drive however.
