Why dont you contact us first before posting here?

'Delivered' status as explained on our webstore simply  means that the item has been despatched to you and left our unit.

I have just checked and the tracking from the courier reports that its been collected from us and in transit to you.  It certainly does not report that it has been delivered.

Agreed, a public comment like that could sway the opinion of a reputable dealer.

It's OK, Amigans are notoriously impatient. I'm the same way, had to wait a month for an A500 to make it's way from DC to Nevada, and it about killed me... not like I could have toyed with the other 3 A500s in the closet or anything

Status always says "delivered" the day before my Amigakit deliveries arrive. Let there be no doubt: Amigakit are 100% trustworthy.

Well I have had a few things from Amigakit (wife got em)
And I have never been let down by Amigakit, good comms all the way and fast delivery.
And I had a floppy drive problem and they was in touch with me the whole time very helpful indeed.

Don't worry you will get the case, some times it may take a little more time than usual.

But Amigakit is a good quality company.
(I know your not saying otherwise)

I have heard too many good things about Amigakit to let this simple concern sway me from purchasing from them.

@Amigakit, if you have the tracking information maybe that can be given to the buyer when its made available to you.  That way your customers will have a way to check up on their shipments.

The power of information, its where you want to be.......

Note: I will be placing an order of my own here shortly to Amigakit, to support those who support us!   :-D

I agree that sometime account information can be misleading but if an item is shown as "delivered" and you click on the view button it will give you all the relevant details including shipping date and delivery information.

I've been more than content to place orders with Amigakit because the service, delivery and packaging are always spot on and they serve the Amiga community better than other dealers in the past. With such a limited market it would be easy to get complacent however that is certainly not the case with Amigakit and customers are definately the number one priority.

Mind you I was a bit concerned about a couple of recent orders but calmed down when I saw that Matthew was having what was no doubt a well earnt break !!
