CPU command and 68040
« on: April 23, 2008, 01:58:26 PM »

G"day All

I have an Apollo 1240.  The manual says I should put the CPU command in startup-sequence.  Is this necessary to activate all the 68040 performance enhancements eg caches or will the 68040.library do it?  What I want to know is whether my cpu is working at its optimal without the cpu command?  Yhanking you in advance.

I still use a CPU command in the earlier lines of startup-sequence. It is just good to me and the Amiga.
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.
