« on: April 16, 2008, 12:39:23 PM »
Hi,

My first post here and in case this might be of interest to any fellow amiga fans, I'd just like to promote a forthcoming retro-gaming event I'm jointly organising...

Feel free to post any questions or to find out more, why not click here now! :-)
Thanks
Garry

Thanks for your post motorollin, and especially for fixing the link!

No one need worry about not being very good at KO2 as they'll be all levels of players there, and besides, at the end of the day, its all about having a bit of fun and meeting up with others with a shared interest!  8-)

Damn, I remember drunken nights in the barracks with up to six of us squaddies gathered around a 'Miggy playing the league option.  It always came down to either me or a chap named Mick Rennie with the RCT for top spot.

Ah, the good old days.  :-)

Good luck with the competition.

Just as a follow up...

Within the KOA there's players from Glasgow to Portsmouth, Cardiff to Norwich as well as groups around London, Hertford, Reading, Birmingham, Dudley, Stafford, Sheffield and Manchester.  And that's just in the UK!

Wherever you live,  keep up to date with the lastest tournament news...

I'd just like to point out that Kick Off 2 works on the Minimig - I tested it for a while last week.  :D

Kick Off 2 is 20 years old this year! ...and the Kick Off Association is 10 years old!

The UK Championships is being hosted in Birmingham once again. Even if you'r bad at these games then it's awesome to attend just to see gaming like it used to be:
