This is a lithium cell (not rechargeable!), intended to be soldered in boards who don't have the space for a CR2032 socket.
For old Amigas with rechargeable cells, you need:
a) A 1N60 diode to avoid the charging circuit (else the battery will explode);
b) Any 3.6V, 30mA NiCd battery to replace the old one. Just remember: those battery will leak after its normal lifetime, destroying the board under it.
