That's not the correct way to install MiamiSSL. Read the docs from the MiamiSSL package. The installer takes that .library and modifies it for use. You can get the original file from Vaporware's FTP site.
There shouldn't be anything to configure for AmiSSL - the installer should take care of everything. The 3 versions of AmiSSL aren't compatible with each other (so all three need to be installed for maximum compatibility), but they can easily co-exist on a single system and in the same directory. Just install them in order (v1, then v2, then v3)
EDIT: IBrowse doesn't display any certs for MiamiSSL, but it does work.
