Need help from the EU
« on: March 18, 2008, 02:45:56 AM »
I need the help of someone from Europe.  I am trying to get a cheese burger in a can shipped to Canada.  Would someone be willing to purchase one and send it to me?  I will pay for everything.

PM me if you can help.

Buddy of mine said he would eat it if I could get one.  Figures I can't.

Actually, I'd be willing to help out, it sounds like a fun project! :-)
The problem would be shipping, as I doubt the burger would be very fresh after being in the mail for a week.

It's in a tin, mate.  The words "fresh" and "tinned" are oxymorons.  I personally would rather eat a curried {bleep}roach than something out of a tin.

I'll help out, but have you tried contacting them?

Shipping costs to Holland is 6 euro, but it also says:

"Falls Sie eine Lieferung in ein anderes Land wünschen, unterbreiten wir Ihnen gerne ein persönliches Angebot. Benutzen Sie dazu bitte unser Kontaktformular."

Which translates to "If you require shipping to another country we will gladly make you a personal offer. Please use the contactform to contact us"

If that fails, give me a buzz. It will probably turn out to be the world's most expensive cheeseburger though!! :)

I bought a can of "moosecrap" when I was in Canada. Probably not far off from the cheeseburger hahaha!

I don't think you can export meat just like that...
Also dairy food etc. can be restricted.

"Fresh tinned' might be an oxymoron, but "fresh" and "tinned" are just adjectives :-)

No worries, if it's made like McDonalds then there's no dairy or meat to worry about...

Thats the one.  They also make powered wine.

The can says it will be good for up to a year, although the deffiniton is questionable.
