fonts (how to fit to windows)
« on: August 05, 2003, 08:31:43 AM »
Hi All,
I run a WB3.9 in 1280x1024 but problems is that my fonts most of the time do not fit in requesters/windows etc so I miss the contents sometimes. What fonts would you advise me ? I think I am using comic sans MS size 16 as default.
Another question  is how to add a clock in the menu bar (like Dopus magellan does) ?
Lio

For icontexts I use the Workbench.font/12
For systemtexts I use Fleuch.font/12
For other screentexts I use XHelvetica.font/11

I got the Fleuch font from some old game called Fleuch (Gravity Game - Like Gravity Force I/II)

It's just classic looking nice fonts - no big deal but they work great with all characters working...

I got a clock in the menu bar on my Workbench...
It's set from the MultiCX prefs... But that ofcourse requires MultiCX :)
