IIRC (I can't seem to find a single source for all the info) it will have the usual keyboard+mouse, megarray CPU socket, onboard sound, one PCI, one AGP (x2), Ethernet (gigabit, I think), USB 2.0, FireWire and a compactFlash slot so that you can run without a hard drive (no moving parts - ultra-quiet!). No-one seems to have mentioned serial and parallel ports, I don't know if it's because it's "obvious" that they'll be there or because they just won't be.
The small form factor and the CF slot indicate that this will be sold not only to amigans but also to industry (for set-top boxes, kiosks, etc). That means that economies of scale will kick in, and it should end up being priced like similar x86 motherboards.
