If you have electronic skills, why not?

Yes, it's an old monitor, but it's hard to find.

Start from checking the mains supply, power switch, electrolytic caps and fly-black. Sometimes a resistor in the vertical circuit opens up (don't remember the code or value, sorry).

The monitor itself make any noise? If so, start checking caps and fly-back.

No noise and no power led? Check the mains fuse, switch and circuit.

No noise, but power led lits? Check the vertical circuit.
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

A1260 is on to something. If the thing is totally dead (no picture) take it to a TV repair center and explain that it's an old monitor that uses TV signals. If they get it working in composite mode then there's a decent chance it'll be fixed for other modes. They can test composite with a DVD or VHS. RGB might me kinda hard for them to test unless you want to leave your Amiga and they want to bother.

Or if you could find another one someware but if you can't get it repaird then you could use a Sony 14" Trinitron TV, they are pretty sharp. Good luck anyway.
