Quite frankly, if you download anything from AmigaBest you're on your own. The person running the site has little or no regard for licensing conditions, and has a habit of repackaging stuff by removing or replacing various files from the originals, renaming archives and stripping licensing text from them.
I would not recommend anyone to download anything from there, and if you do, you should ask the webmaster of that site for support.
