Ask Amiga Inc about Clone-A delivery times.. soon. . it's just a bit delayed..... :-)

I think when it comes to Amiga. Hard proof accompanied with REAL working stuff. Is the only thing that counts.

why dont you order your psu now so that you have it when your minimig arrive   ;-)

Good point.  Actually, the first thing I need to do is go through the 5 gallon plastic container I have which contains all the transformers I've collected off old telephones, laptops, etc and see if one fits the bill.  There's proably about 30 of them in it and I'm willing to bet none of them are the correct type.  :-D

i bought  myself a universal psu which came with 6 different dc connectors and can be adjusted between 5v to 12v this cost me 15 euros :-D

Clone-A is nothing to do with Amiga Inc, it is the work of Individual Computers. They have already demonstrated the device working: http://ami.ga/news/news124_e.htm

As for release dates of the Clone-A, nothing is set in stone AFAIK. Some relevant information can be seen here: http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=47226
Jens Schönfeld, one of the main developers, said:
"Clone-A is making extremely good progress, but I have decided to make it a real product"
"Public demonstration is currently not planned. I'll do that after the whole deal of product safety, CE/FCC testing and all that stuff has been finished."
This was from about a month ago. From that I'm guessing Clone-A will be released in 2009 (late 2008 if we're lucky).

As for the ACube Minimig run, I did read about the slight delay, but I am not worried, better to make sure build standards are kept high than to unnecessarily rush production. I'm sure ACube knows that MiniMig uses MMC rather than SD cards, but it would be good to change this slight error on their website.

Can't wait to see how ACube speeds up interest in Minimig development, good times ahead. :-D

MPJA.com (MPJA Online) has five volt power supplies.  I would just need to know the specifications for the MiniMig.

I would like to see it replicate the amstrad CPC xxx range of computers, using an eZ80 running at 50mhz. I know it won't get done, but you did ask.

Dunno about the 50MHz, but CPC has already been done by Tobiflex who did the soft 68k core for MiniMig.

Just lookup CPC and TREX

If Acube throw a few boards the developers way I am sure that is very possible. However most of the developers now have TerASIC DE-2 boards.
