Overclocking A3640 & Apollo 1240 Turbo

Is there any way to overclock a standard A3640 (not sure which rev.) or an Apollo 1240 Turbo @28 Mhz (Crystal is socketed).

 Only swapping the 040 for a higher clock unit. Remember this CPU runs very hot. Some ppl manage to overclock 33MHz units to 40MHz. Nothing more than this.
