Using IBrowse version 2.4  under 3.9 and 2.4 OEM under OS4.0, I have the same problem.
Google thinks I have disabled cookies, which I haven't.
Have also tried Aweb under OS4.0, same result.

On logging in on AmigaWorld, I get a message thanking me for logging in, but it doesn't log me in.
Can log in here ok.

Have flushed the cache but no change.

delete the cookies as well.

Sometime IBrowse 2.4 likes to play in this way!

Menu Windows> Cookie Manager

iBrowse cookies do indeed seem to be weird. Using 2.4 under Workbench 3.9, I get some sites where I can't log out unless I delete the cookie. Shame this bug will probably never be fixed now :-(

What about checking your iBrowse cache drawers for any cookies which have failed to be deleted, and if there are any, delete them manually?

cookies are stored in PROGDIR: moto!

@TiredOLife

try to delete/remane/backup the Passwords file as well

both in PROGDIR:

And as moto said quit IB and delete/backup them manually

Still no change for either IBrowse or Aweb.
Hav even tried moving the Ibrowse cache to another drive.
I have installed Voyager and that is ok.
Really wierd.

Noticed it in the early hours this morning.
Never been a problem before.

Can't think of any changes I have made for this to occur.
Happens under 3.9 as well as 4.0.

Another suggestion... Check that your timezone is set correctly in the WB locale preferences, because that will be used to obtain your GMT offset which is required for calculating cookie expiry times.  Presumably your system clock is set correctly also :-).

FYI, we are not aware of any cookie bugs in IBrowse 2.4, but if anybody finds and reports any, they will be fixed in the next release.

Are you using the same partition for both(AWeb and IB) Cache directories?

Fixed that and my problem is now sorted.

Not very well, obviously.

What gets me though is, the same problem is occuring under 3.9.
I haven't checked yet but I assume the answer is the same.
So how on earth has the date settings been changed for both OSes?
