Comprehensive A600/A1200 PCMCIA card compatibility list?
« on: December 16, 2007, 02:50:19 AM »
Is there a Comprehensive A600/A1200 PCMCIA card compatibility list somewhere?

I suppose most 16bit cards will work if the proper drivers are available.

Which Network card should I use? or is there another way besides PCMCIA to do ethernet? Would a USB 1.1 PCMCIA card work?

Yes! For ethernet cards, go for last up-to-date cnet.device (available in Aminet) or a 3Com etherlink.

Other types of cards you'll find in "The Big Book of Amiga Hardware".

The very problem are the drivers (not a single person write them anymore)...:-(

There a small quantity of hardware to use to USB (1.1 or 2.0), but the developer of the USB stack ceased the support for classic Amigas. Sigh...

Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.
