copy cd with makecd
« on: December 09, 2007, 08:30:10 AM »
I want to make a copy off my os4.0 cd for backup!
I have makecd here and fryingpan.
Makecd seems easy to use but when I try to copy it just keeps on asking for the correct cd??.
I use an imagefile and tried disk at once and track at once to no avail.
Or is Fpan easier with this and does that work?
I can make datacd's with makecd I know because I did this a few times.

Nobody experienced semilar behaviour?
Or where can I find a doc/guide for Fpan?
Makecd I have the guide but this just don't work.
Maybe it only works with 2 cdromdrives with makecd?

That would be my last resort I think.
And where is the fun in that?
Must be possible to copy a cd on an amigasystem.

I've had no problems with MakeCD so far, but i'm afraid i can't help you with this. Do you have 2 cd-drives (1 burner, 1 reader) so you could backup the cd directly to a blank one?
