Anyone knows how many of each Amiga version was made and also does anyone know if the serial numbers mean anything? (beside being an incremental number. I.e. manufacturing dates)

I believe I read somewhere that there have been made some 5 million Amigas in total. I guess the A500 takes up at least half of that amount, followed in numbers by the A1200. I don't believe there are any exact figures..
