Its funny you should mention the RF shield since I've had trouble with this before, since then i've added a spacer under the corner nearest the trapdoor slot to correct the problem.
Due to an additional heatsink on the Blizzard card, the only way to get it in and out is with the top of the case off - For some reason the-rather-ancient-looking floppy drive just covers a few mil of the FPU corner of the board, resulting in the floppy drive having to be loosened to get the card to go in.
Just rocking the card to get it to go in doesn't seem to be enough with my system. You have to overcome the springiness of the connecter - Just at one corner is enough - And after that its plain sailing. This requires a surprisingly large force and occasionally a leverage object is required.
As for getting it out, I do the same as moto :-D
