I think the owner might get upset about that one. Besides you can download it for free. Might be best to edit it off your list.

If it's a secondhand legitimately purchased copy I don't see a problem. Team 17's stuff is all free now but original copies are still traded on the private market.

This is a legit copy and I know it can be downloaded for free but some people always prefer to have an original copy to hand.
