A4000 in PC desktop case
« on: September 11, 2007, 07:41:29 PM »
Has anybody - with succes - put a A4000D motherboard in a normal PC desktop case?

I have my eyes on a A4000 motherboard and I am not really interested in a tower setup.

Thanks in advance.
Booooiiiing!!!!

Why a PC case? Try looking for an SGI desktop case (or maybe an old Mac>), they usually are much prettier :-)

Good luck with the conversion, sorry I can't be of much help, I'm not much of a DIY person really...

Those old XT and 2/386 desktop cases are great to make this hack (plenty of space inside, don't worry to destroy an original A case, etc).

Even if you find a DEAD A2000 this hack could be done with no pain at all.

Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.
